Sometimes my mind and heart can get tangled in the endless to-dos, and in my self-criticism, grief, worries and fears. When I go out for a walk, and remember to look up, the simple and open expanse of sky reminds me that love is greater than all of this. Love sees the bigger picture. The tightness in my shoulders releases and my spirits lift. Love is stronger than all the mess and struggle, failure and loss. Like the sky, love is expansive and endless and will survive all things. Love is right here. I just need to look up.
