Sometimes we feel like we are making no progress in some important aspect of our personal growth. However, as a life coach once explained to me, although we may seem to be revisiting the same inner challenges, so long as we are working on improving our thinking, decisions and actions, rather than being stuck in a loop, we are instead on a new level or curve of an upward spiral.

For me, the shape of this beautiful fiddlehead unfurling is a reminder to take heart, keep growing, and to find comfort in coming back to things we value and love.
